a photograph you like

i thought a lot about which photo to choose for this blog, but finally i decided on this one.

i think i have few significant photos, both for being a lousy photographer and for not having an innate motivation for them.

this photo reminds me of many beautiful things, it was a spring day, almost summer, almost 2 years ago. it is the sunset in the now called parque de la familia.

that day i remember that i had a great time, with my partner i remember that we walked a lot, all afternoon, seeing houses and buildings that caught our attention and commented on them.

after that tour of the yungay neighborhood, we walked west, through parque los reyes, to arrive at sunset at the photo location.

finally, when i saw the orange tree in the sky and its reflection in the lagoon water, i decided to take the photo and with it remember that day every time i see it.
